There is no purchase requirement for complimentary Centurion Lounge guest access for U.S.
For example, if Complimentary Guest Access becomes effective on May 1, 2023, it will remain effective through January 31, 2025.
Complimentary Guest Access applies from the time it becomes effective until January 31 of the second calendar year thereafter. American Express Platinum and Business Platinum Card Members, and their Additional Platinum Card Members, spend a total of $75,000 or more on eligible purchases on their Platinum Account during a calendar year, they will receive complimentary Centurion lounge access for up to two guests per visit.
